Michelle is the Care Manager, co-founder, owner and company director of Weldon Home Care Services. She has experience spanning three decades working within the Health and Social Care environment, and over 25 years as a care manager, particularly supporting people within their own homes.
She has a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills and is NVQ4 qualified in Health and Social Care. As a professionally qualified trainer, she ensures that all the staff are fully trained in personal care, first aid, manual handling, medication, food hygiene, safeguarding and most of all infection control. All certificated to the very highest of standards. Michelle prides herself in keeping people cared for in their homes and keeping you safe and independent.
Michelle has worked her way up from Care Worker to Manager and believes that this has developed her knowledge in seeing the bigger picture in providing an individual, personalised, high quality service in care and support.
Scott is our other company director. He has many office based duties, but enjoys heading projects with our gardening and maintenance team. Whilst studying with the Open University, he took part in several volunteer roles in the caring sector. He helped people navigate stressful times in their lives, as an advocate for Citizens Advocacy Lincolnshire Link. Also working as a small part of the team at Saint Barnabas Hospice. He has been employed in roles alongside probation and housing services, and has worked within the care industry locally. His main duty now is to do whatever Michelle tells him to do 🙂
Keeley is a Team Leader, and ensures that spot checks and supervisions for our staff members are completed to the highest standard. She takes pride in going through the customer care packages and creating the most suitable care plan for each of them. She is very popular with our customers and team members, and instils in others that only the very best care standards belong within the Weldon team. Her dedication to tasks and hard work are appreciated by all. She has worked with Michelle over many years and says,
